DARCY EIKENBERG
Darcy's work has always been focused on helping leaders and high-performing professionals manage their teams—and themselves—during times of constant change. Her strategies help generate more clarity, confidence, and control—plus, they inspire a bit of courage to help handle our complex lives at work.
Her clients include leaders and teams from global companies such as The Coca-Cola Company and Microsoft, as well as local organizations including the Everglades Wonder Gardens, Vi at Bentley Village and Flightdocs.
Darcy is the author of "Bring Your Superpowers to Work: Your Guide to More Clarity, Confidence and Control," and has been quoted in the Harvard Business Review and Forbes among others. She hosts the Bonita Business Podcast, focusing on business life in Bonita Springs, and serve on the boards of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber, the Bonita Springs Assistance Office, and the Northwestern University alumni club of Naples.
